What is the common problem between Construction team and QA/QC team?

ya dear i m also as QA/QC .FIRST I WILL EXPLANE LIKE THIS they save the money and they save the time and QC engineer just  he look the quantity and quality and they will never accept the QC.becuase you know better and we have good sulotion always send the PA AND NCR ..THEN HE WILL DOING GOOD OTHER THING NEVER
