When You set a dream job; which aspects are critical to satisfy the definition? Is it money? Is it "the thing" you like to be doing most of your time? And what if my dream job is simply to explore and see the world and talk about it, does that qualify for a dream job even though it's semi-realistic?
To be the " BOSS " of myself, to have a business even it is small, ruled by Honesty, dignity and reality.
There is the realistic dream job and an ideal dream job. I think we all dream of the job that takes us exploring around the world, is fun, is not stressful and brings in lots of money. However, that is far from the realistic job. Realistically speaking, a dream job would be one that you are passionate and driven for, one that you can't wait to start everyday, regardless of the curve balls that keep being thrown your way.
A volunteer Life boatman (sea rescue) in a warm climate. Its voluntary so I would have to have enough money to secure a good quality of life first - which I don't, so its back to the day job for me!
Adeeb, everyone has it own dream and we could not imagine other dreams until they tell us so for you a dream job is one which dreamt. By the way love your job and it turns into a dream :)
Where ever I feel happy and I get motivated on daily basis, I feel giving my extra efforts , where i feel satisified but as you know when human achieves something they think they can achieve more so our desires are never ending. When in2005 i bought a car i thought it was like dream coming true then again in2013 i changes it better one in coming years i may upgrade it again so as i said its a continous process so I dont know what would be IDEALISTIC DREAM JOB or ULTIMATE DREAM which we want to achieve.
Anything you don't take as a job per say and enjoy every minute of it, should sum up a"Dream Job".

I enjoy guiding other team members on projects and making sure everything goes smoothly. My dream job would be a leadership position where the other team members are active participants and communication happens daily. I love seeing a project through to the end and celebrating everyone’s hard work.
