Employee stay with good job that cover his need such as income that is sufficient to cover his needs, flexibility in the management of his time, health and other benefits and, very important, a job that he enjoy doing and gives hima sense of purpose, good environment. Which can support increases in household expenditures or job satisfaction over time, contribute to faster productivity growth at the aggregate level, psychological and physical wellbeing & Social Protection .
That depends on the Cognitive intelligence of the employees. That is that depends on which level of Maslov's Hierarchy table they are located. 1. If the need of the employee is basic ( Eg : labour ) food , water and shelter. Just providing him a good accommodation and company transport and food allowance will make him satisfied. 2. If the Need of the employee is much more ( eg: Marketing Manager ) Self Esteem , Then he needs not only a hike in salary , but also moderate challenges and regular motivation. He / She should be appreciated or the work they do from Time to time , Include them in critical business decisions, and most importantly make sure the salary paid is atleast same as what is in the market. Because people in this category will not tell complaints , they just feel sad and leave. It is our duty to make sure they are properly paid.
