What is the biggest mistake you did in the translation from English into Arabic and vice versa?

I always try to avoid a biggest mistake when translating stuff from or to English, which is commonly done by many. It's trying to translate word by word. The drawback of such an effort is to lose the inspiration of the text. Sometimes it leads the reader into confusion where he can't understand this text absolutely.
