for customer care must have sutebal inviroment , in any filed when customer came there then realize himself that they are our brothers or our family members represent with him in good character & speak with them so nicly

During the preparations of my master thesis, I was very keen to figure out a measurement for culture. And I can claim that culture is the average score of the importance order of quality dimensions assigned by a group of people... the five dimensions described by PZB are tangible, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy... and differences in weights giving to these dimensions indicate the culture difference.
