Leader :

- Generates Enthusiasm

- Say's " We "

- Develops People

- Say's " Let's Go "

 

The leader is more successful.

 

A Boss is a person who when you speak to them they sound and fell important, a Leader when you speak to the you feel important. The leader is more successful.

A boss will make you believe that they are the most important member of the team. A leader will make you feel that you are the most important member of the team.

The manager derives his strength from the authority granted to him, whether the employee loves him or not carry out his orders only because he has the authority of the law. As for the leader, he executes his orders with the love and respect of his subordinates, regardless of whether he has power or not. If the manager is a manager only, but the leader is a leader and a manager

Leader is always successful as leader guides the team with available resources
