Communication is only cure for almost all the problems that exists in any company environment.  If any situation an employee feels that he has not given esteem or he is under-estimated or not praised by his boss in-spite of his dedication and hard work, he should communicate with the boss in a positive way.  Such communication should be carried out or commented in a well-mannered way where boss can understand your feelings and perception in this way boss can improve his managerial skills too.

Remember Good boss will always share with his team a “Note of Thanks” and highly praise his team upon successfully completion of each activity or work package doesn't matter its a big or small contribution.  It’s a non-monetary incentive which increase team efficiency.
