How to Answer a non technical employer while interview is for programming and after hiring how to handle boss and convince him?

Best way is to talk about the technology you worked on from a high level perspective. If it comes to the programming side of things perhaps mention what tools you used and what the benefits are (ed without getting into details). Once getting hired the best way of convincing the employer will be implementing what's in spec in appropriate way. If anything missing discuss it as early as possible.
