Lack of visual merchandising leads to loosing of walk in sales opportunities and to attract passers by sales opportunities. It suppresses and minimises the effect of flow of information about the products' unique features and product availability off the shelves.

While hiring such professionals one needs to gauge the analytical mind and understanding her / his importance towards visual merchandising and the past related success stories.
