Having said that the inspector should know how to mitigate, repair and maintain the integrity of the pipeline.
Many Things are important for the inspection, such as :
1- The integrity of the pipe
2- X-ray and Hydro-static Test of the new or repaired spool (Welded) must be passed
3- Predictive and protective Maintenance
4- for sure the blasting and coating so important for the pipeline.
