The major responsibility of an Inventory Controller is to ensure that only ample supply of stocks is being maintained at the warehouse at any given time, (the right quantity, right quality, at the right cost) so as to minimize expenditures and wastage, also get away of excessive purchases, thus, in effect, maximizing company's money and worth .
