Nobody wants to feel that he was sold by force, even if they need or want the product/service.

remember that if your take force selling as your approach, you might be able sell a number of clients, but you will loose a lot more business.

Most of the people dont want to be rushed in, wants to read, receive emails, and trust you before they buy.

So if your approach was service oriented, and based on relationship building, you will buy more and people will refer you to other buyers.

As we well aware the market of today is full with products and competition so when we talk about the customer now we are talking about many behavior and persuasion that custmers already have but what make this saying is imprtant that the sales when it comes to talk about  under this circumstance  make the resuults matter than anything .....that is why the focused selling is the most important to build a very helping understanding realtion with  the customer.

" Once bitten twice shy". If you force sell a customer and later he/she finds out you have pursuaded him/her to buy a product which does not suit his need, he will never come back to you. If you don't have the right product for a given customer, you should give him the right advice. One day he will definitely come back to you. No wonder companies spend so much on Customer Loyalty.

Sales upsell this product is best considered a great achievement and requires more effort because you need to know the product and find out the target persons and seek them out as you need to market the product. Either help them buy the product, it is easy for the customer comes to you in your location and it wants this product but is hesitant and only needs to motivate to sell product.
