How can we evaluate training and trained employees?

First of all, we need to separate the individuals according to our company need than provide the overview of the company in detail, after giving the overview we need to provide the knowledge about the product they are going to keep and work on it , generate a questionnaire to develop the exact position of knowledge they keep,

when i am dealing with new comers join for the post of inventory management i provide them the complete overview of our company and how we work thru email communications, & by using different software's etc.

showing them the exact material listed in stock sheets , making them visualizing the material and countdowns , making them remember and learn which codes were assigned to different stock items.
