I believe that it is generally called 'Closeout', or 'Close'. It follows the handover of the deliverables, review and acceptance signoff, depending on the project and the agreed deliverables.

Sometimes, software, for example, may require additional support time as part of the deliverables to the users, though, the Project Manager would usually have exited at the time of the handover and signoff/close of the project products/deliverables.

However, some projects extend beyond the exit of the Project Manager, to include the lifetime of the deliverables (as in the handover of a nuclear power station). At the disassembly of the power station - this could be called a whole project 'termination', if the costs of the disassembly were included in the project costs.
