If someone works in company as project manager but his title is officer! what is the best way to show his real position?

This will be a Labour related matter and not a human right matter. It will only become a human right matter when your dignity as a human is infringed, when you are treated in such a manner that it will be defined as inhumane. This will be tested objectively and not subjectively. A title is something which can be correctified on a contract, a piece of paper. It does not bring harm to your mental health nor your physical well being.

The other way of differentiating Officer and Project Manager is the pay slip, if you are in the process of looking for a new challenge in a new company, you can show the pay slip - it speaks weather you worked as Officer or Manager

There is a difference between officer & project manager,but to show your real title is get employment certificate from the company ,the title mentioned in your certificate is your real position .

There is a difference between officer & project manager. You cannot compare officer with project manager. Officer is generally known as Manager Operations. Project Manager is designated only for the accomplishment of unique product with in defined beginning & end.

Give him a test for both of the two position and see what highest score he got. 

If some one works as project manager but he is a officer then best way to show his position is by punishing him for some amount.
