To have a healthy body is to have a balance diet or food intake. Everything that over isn't good to the body. However, if you want to become healthy and want to reach years old or more, eat simple but fresh food. avoid processed and frozen food with preservative. More grains, fruits,  green leafy vegges that grown natural and fish is the best stuffs to have a healthy body. And of course sometimes make yourself busy to burn calories needed and expose to sun to get a natural vitamin D.

Health does not mean eating well, its a combined effort of good food, exercise, good environment and attitude. With food one can always try new cuisines for example Thai food. Stay away from French cuisines and rather adopt one that you have created. The number of delicious meals on healthy eating available on the internet will definitely surprise you.
