Why the unqualified teachers and position holding are getting job more than the qualified and decent workers?

Un qualified teachers don't set standards for their output service but rather struggling to survive in system and easy to manipulate hence earning peanut salary, however qualified ones have standards and not easy to manipulate and would expect to earn worth his or her output service thus ending up losing it.

Dear Amal ,this is happen only when there is corruption in the sociality & country system ,when there is favoritism  and nepotism.
