What are the differences between a good and bad performance of a sales-man?

Do you use certain indicator to determine who is a good and who is performance? A person can be a good sales man but not a performance one and vice versa. How do you make the distinction and how do you recognize them?

1. Assertiveness

2. Problem solving

3. Self - Awareness

4.  Optimism
