By fixing targets, goals and DEADLINE. Make group work , and create a competitif enviroment.

we can overcome this transition through group work , reviewing the basic things , talking about what have done in the holiday , and putting the questions in puzzles to take the attention of students

I had this experience. After getting my2 diplomas, I went to Jeddah for work. Then, I started over for my MA.

First, I started re-reading courses and books I already finished. Then, I started reading new issues. As for the reading hours, I worked gradually: starting with2 hours daily.

Just do not let your students to sleep. Always ask questions from students, get their opinions about the topic and give them free well to participate in the topic or in the subject. Always be friendly with students. In this case they will get interested in the subject.

First of all this situation come but after sometime it become easy.
