Prejudice in workplace come in many different forms, and the best way in my view to reduce if not prevent prejudice is through the following:

1. Identify a set of values on the organization level where employees regardless of their job titles and levels should align their behaviors at work with these values,

2. Draw a 'behavior rating scale' where you identify what a role model behavior looks like in comparison to a strong, weak and an unacceptable behaviors are.

3. Team leaders to work on narrowing the differences within their teams by identifying a common team objectives that is aligned to each team member's personal objective and encourage all to work towards achieving the team's goal(s).

4. Identify a common area between employees and spot light it through encouraging people to come together focusing on their common interest/value/experience/etc.

5. Encourage cooperation and equality in the workplace by creating diverse work groups

6. Create a policy to eliminate prejudice and discrimination at work as well as disciplinary actions to be taken on prejudice complaints.
