Confident, Body language, loyalist,

Skill set is key, without real skills, precious time and opportunity may be wasted; secondly, I would look for grit, with grit you can run the race with the grace of a swan and the precision & speed of a puma.

- Attitude - towards learning, adapting with the environment and the job itself.

- Commitment - whether he/she is really into the job, or just seeking a job for the sake of the job.

- Need - does she/he really need the job for both career and making a living.

The most important qualities are not just based on skills, some can be trained. But the determination and passionate person were only few. Someone who take ownership and reach out to others . I've been interacting with more proffessionals but some were proud.
