How To start in a new field without experience....But also,you have certificates?

First of all i work experience in Labor Supply Companies since June until November. I had finished my contract. I work in one company along these this duration, I have experience in Administrative Secretarial, Administration, Customer Service with Customer directly,organization system filing in data base, handling data entry visa, make report in daily booking up date.coordinate with the accountant if there is charger for the agency , follow up the SOA with the accountant and report to the agency ,daily correspondence with the agency by microsoft outlook and also with the customer .Helping the PRO when the required some letter for the work of the company.Handle some cases with the customer and find the solve the problem. Handle the cases when required go to embassy or consulate . I have decided to move from the company because I want development more and i'm very quick learning in the work and new environment. I would be very appreciated the is Big Company can hire me because i'm hard working and can be mutual benefit for the company. I have Certificate Bachelor Public Relation has stamp with Ministry Foreign Affairs.

First step: you must to determine which field that you  want to work it.

second step: choose the job that will suit with you, then search for the way in which other individuals to reach to perfect job

third step: if there is no opportunity to find job, then you have to apply as trainer or volunteer 

Finally you must to work hard to achieved the target you want 

Regarding to all above, that is the standard way.But in fact ,No recruiter use that way.
