What's better for a company between hire a guy with experience in marketing industry or a young one who's more creative and eager to push the limits?

Of course it's better to have work experience, but I am asking what's better to choose between an old guy with a lot of experience who maybe is capped or bored about this job or a young one, full of energy, creative and motivated to be better every time.

Hiring a person with experience to be a supervisor and a guide to the younger and more creative marketing skills seems like a more balanced approach.

for on-line marketing a new comers should give preference because they are aware with the new technologies to used but if u need a traditional marketing then experience will be good option

In today's dynamic world, I prefer to hire young blood to churn ideas in marketing products and service.  Demographically, young people are the biggest group age.
