you have2 kinds of tilting :

1) mechanical tilt.

MECHANICAL is about changing the body of the antenna ( UP or DOWN ) meaning by that changing the direction without changing the height

2) electrical tilt.

ELECTRICAL tilt usually its build in side the antenna or its at the bottom near the feeder cables and its control the beam chap
