1.     Make sure you speak clearly and are smiling as you answer the phone; also identify yourself. Listen carefully what the customer is saying, and always keep a pen and a notepad to note down in case if you forget something during the conversation.Do not permit the phone to ring into the office more than two times. Never interrupt the person while he/she is talking to you. Do not answer the phone if you are eating or chewing gum
