The lubricants are consumables that has great impact on valuble assets. The right lubricant  can lead to longer life of equipment with power saving and wrong lubricant can make equipment fail in few hours of operation.

By and large lubricants are viewed as consumables, as they are consumed with the passage of time.

The correct choice of a lubricant is an asset, for the simple reason, after consumption it leaves a trace. This trace is shown by its postive effects on the unit. A simple fact, the cost of a superior quality oil is small compared to the cost of a machine. Concequently it is a false economy, to use any oil beyond its useful life. This should be remembered, and emphsised to all users.
