1) Infuse a sense of 'belonging to the company' in the employees. Especially in the few months after induction. The human resourse department has to put emphasis on 'Human' aspect.

2)Include the new employees in the discussions, meetings and ask for suggestions. 

3)Try to motivate the new employees by formulating a special incentive scheme which somehow accomodates a wider number of employees.
