It varies depending upon procedure of the organization as well as nature of the commodity/service being procured. However, in general, documents pertaining to the manufacturing facility, sales track record, financial strength and legal status of the business entity are sought during pre qualification process.

-HAAD /MOH License

-Company profile & Products /Service List

-ALL Bank Details

-Contact person Details (at least three)

-Application form filled , signed and stamped
