How employees can be empowered in organizations ?

Through defining a clear scope for each employee in order to support the organization strategic objective. 

good answer my frind , but we should give empolyees as much freedom as possible to become self directed and self motivated.and allowing employees the ability and trust to make decisions . 

Employees can be empowered by giving them;

·         Freedom of opinion about the strengths and weaknesses of org

·         Freedom of correction

·         Freedom of learning

·         Freedom of sharing views
