I get so annoyed when the customer service agent turns to an interupting customer without further helping me when I need them. I really think that they should ask the interupting customer to wait their turn. Do you feel the same way?
As a customer service agent you must at least attend one customer at a time so that you can assist everything he/she needed. And you can focus to her/him attentively without thinking other customer.
Yes, It is better to handle one customer at a time .But sometimes the other customer , may have some imminent queries. In this case I will decide where i should concentrate first . If both cases are same I will seek help from my colleagues to help the other customer.
