I could suggest you to think to register yourself in those kind of coaching motivation groups or those motivational training sessions.

For example, there is a group, that I knew on the past, that all weekends join in some beach and the game is each one give his/her best laugh for some controlled time and then tell to the goup why is happy! ..this kind of disposition, when we laugh, freedom "endorphin" and "serotonin" - substances responsible of pleasure and happiness sensations. So, it will give motivation and thrust....more confidence.

Other way, Staint Exupéry wrote: "The moment you smile at someone, we discover him as a person, and the answer of your smile means that we are also one for him." - Is another motivation fact, join with people, share, be communicative, be curious about interactions...you´ll feel more confident because you are "recognised".

Dream (mostly in day time), think about yours personnal and professional achievements and the ones that drive you at the present, search serenity time to time, and a good swim in some beach are among other motivations to grow up the confidence :)

Hi Amy,

I think that self-confidence can be attained by believing in oneself and aligning our values with our actions.  This integrity will make us feel strong and confident, as well as give us a sense of fulfillment with while promoting our self-actualization.  Standing up straight and walking with assuredness, speaking with conviction and assertiveness, and engaging in conversation in a manner which draws attention to our values and aspirations will convince others, and remind us, that we are the whole embodiement of authority and self-esteem.
