What are the criteria for a LLoyd's Broker?

I am an employee of Chedid Re who has recently become a Lloyd's broker. Many requirements have to be met in order to be registered as a Lloyd's broker such as:

- Regulatory approval by a relevant authority in an EU member state or the FCA

- Appropriate procedures to be impelemented in order to conduct business in Lloyd's markets

- Support from at least3 Lloyd's MA

- Having a suitable PI policy in place

- Willing to use ACORD standards
