What are the most challenging issues for the project manager that affects the decision making in the time management matters?

A project manager can often performance manage the project internally and if required adjust any time matters (He/she knows how to do that internally) but how about third party suppliers? A good project manager will be able to ensure that agreed commitments with third parties are met and not going to delay the project. This requires good paper work, solid influencing and communication.

1 - المعلومات , فلو كانت لديك المعلومات الكافية لإستطعت إتخاذ القرار بشكل مباشر. (نقص المعلومات)

2- الكفاءات و الموارد, فلو توفرت المعلومات و لم تتوفر الكفاءات و الموارد اصبح القرار المتخذ غير مناسب.

3 - الخبرة, فبدون الخبرة في مجال المشروع فلن تستطيع ان تتخذ القرارات الصحية ولو اصبت مرة او إثنين بعدها ستخطأ.

4 - تعتبر اهم نقطة بالنسبة لي هي التوكل على الله و طلب العون منه سبحانة وتعالى ان يسهل ويسدد لك قراراتك.
