1. Send a customer feed back gazette telling them of the company challenges, which is of course temporary, and assure them of good service delivery at all time.
2. If there is a price change, either positive, or negative on affected products, the customer should be intimated, and the reason must be communicated to them, because of futurelistic plan, and customers loyalty.
3. The company should review its cost budget downwards, so as to make profit, by increasing sales.
4. Customer should be advise on spending habits, and quality of products to be purchased, so they will gain on the long run.
5. Savings should be encouraged during recession period, to enable business kick start effectively on a level playing ground.
