A common question my boss always asks : if we decided to hire you with an agreed package and later you got better offer, would you go for that blindly?

Money is not that all matters. It is the teamwork and unity in a group that matters. As long you are happy within your team, then there is no amount of money that can buy your happiness

If I were you I would never accept anything blindly however I will consider every opportunity as long as it's in a healthy developing environment, within motivating business culture, the work is related to my background and experience, the work will add to my personal career development and it's paying well

say, the salary is not every thing...

i got an offer on the phone in the first call, even before the interview,

offer me a very excellent salary package , and benefits ,  also the organization that gave me the offer it`s a very respected huge organization,

but the job was away different from my carrier , i turned them down immediately without even asking ,

and the hr employee tried to confess me but i kept turning him down .

That's a trick question to the candidate

But the Job Seeker want a job , so surely he will tell no , I will not move if I got a better offer , he will give us a very good reasons for it

But as a recruiter we need to get out from the candidate thought what he his looking for money or a career growth by asking him a behavioral  question or by a psychology test.

Which will help out to identify relevant candidate  for our requirement.

Actually it's a common question my boss always asks all the candidates we interviewed , they always suffer from high level of resignations because the company lags the market and really i can't find an answer for this question , what i meant by blindly (if you got a higher offer/salary you will join immediately without considering any thing else !)

thanks guys for the great answers..

to join a new company, employee have to think about the satisfaction and challenges he will face in this company. beside the type of management. after that he have to compare between the old and new companies. by this comparison the salary will be an element that will support the new company but there will be another elements also.
