In a multicultural working place, the groups are polarized and not healthy. How can work be efficiency and handled in such a situation?

This does not happen only in a multicultural environment and it also happens based on the language they speak and from the different localities they come from.

If the roles and responsibilites within the project are clearly understood and in a transparent environment, they can be motivated as a group to work towards the project success.
