Plan for customer meets/ customer events to cultivate the relationship. Stay in touch with existing customers for repeat orders. Use new tools like digital marketing for furthering reach in market. Design innovative incentive schemes to boost sales in off seasons like Festivals and long holidays ( for B2B segment).
