Why the arab countries don't improve as european countries in spite of being these people who are improving in the european countries are arabian?

from my point of viewe, i think that the europians superviserce and directores give more space and chances for there employes to say what is the important changes the company must makes to maake a both sides improvment and benifits. With taking in our considiration the italians and Germans mythology of busnisses improvmences.

Arabian countries or Arabian organizations depending on directors and mangers to steer strategies while they really need to explore the younger minds who have passion, enthusiasm, perseverance and ambitious. We need to learn how to give youth more place to work, to be more involved and responsible. We need to learn how to make benefit from their ideas or in other words their dreams.

Creativity is not exclusive on elder people. Progress is all about new ideas and taking chances on them.     

Because the employee with experience will benefit the company faster and better than the modern era graduation employee
