Could we create a good atmosphere in a group without good values like honesty, sincerity? Could we drive a company without those values in long term?

I believe the question already contains the answer : " Good atmosphere, can it be created without good values?"  Unfortunately, there is no positive vibe based on the negative energy and emotions. 

That's absolutely tough. Without good values like honest, sincerity, involvement, cooperation to drive a company  it's very hard. I think mutual understanding, teamwork without Eco can drive a company for long term  as a successful unit.
