A. First thing, the communication engineer must know very well importance and responsibility of his carrier and job in company coals. The skills is not fixed things, it is grows according to personal effort with time. The importance skill is referring to and using literature correctly preferably in English language , expanding effort to fundamentals and back to modern technology. The skills is endless voyage and the communications has no roof.
