i think it gives the administration the positive effect and the team can be better in the work place which make its high performance

Team management/building activities have positive effect on performance by improving relationship among co-workers and breaking barriers as a result co-workers see each other more as a teammates rather than competitors and threat.

Work done in teams provides many advantages and benefits. The major advantages are the diversity of knowledge, ideas and tools contributed by team members, and the camaraderie among members. Yes, absolutely..... It can positively effect the output and synchronize the team as a Unit, making all feel part of the end goals , vision & strategy of the organization. Building a stronger strap between people drives them to perform better on a daily basis.

This is very important, you get to work as a team and become stronger. You can also identify strengths and weaknesses, it should not always be about work. Process improvement workshops are great involving everyone that plays a part, let them voice - explain what can be done better. Also include some fun, we had a theme day every Thursday. We would all come up with an idea, best hat or funny wig and even dress up day. A 10 minute break in the afternoon to take pictures was so goid for the team. Excitement and laughter keeps everyone motivated and focussed giving great results.

Work and management is the main tool of any organization or company depons on as just like model is building and work performance is like bring changing development in given time and task . So in my veiw the model should be accurate and positive so definitely there would be developed work strength through hide and smooth impression of acting

Yes it can affect the team positively specially when the team can feel its not just a number in a company they are willing to give more in the company as what is required because they feel it like a family that will grow with care and commitment .
