How to maintain a good relationship with workers?

Always stay around and between them. Listen to their problems, needs, and issues. Be fair all the time. stick to regulations this will help you be fair to all of them. Try to connect to them individualy (if possible) and try not to miss social occasions to congratulate, or grief with them. Be a leader for them not a boss. Show them your vision for work. Never Ever don't keep a promise you made to them once you do you will lose their trust and faith in you.

Workers must be motivated at regular intervals. They must be provided with Monetary benefits like increments , bonus etc and non monetary benefits like work promotion etc.
