Step1: Research the Business Drivers

Step2: Confirm the Alternative Solution

Step3: Determine the Feasibility

              *  Research

              *  Prototyping

              *  Time-boxing

Step4: Choose a Preferred Solution

Step5: Reassess at a Lower Level
