I dont believe that a team leader can on his own truly control the work environment, in the end of the day, the word environment is the team. Such leader can merely help steer the ship in the right direction.
exactly i can help my teem there is going enviroment
Being Team leader first of all you would require to treat yourself as team member which will create an open environment for the work. This will create an environment where the other team member will feel free to put their thoughts and ideas infront of you and the same will help you in boosting the knowledge on competency of the team members. And also to do a SWOT analysis of the team. Once you know the SWOT of the team, you can be the leader and implement your ideas (basically the ideas you have gathered from the team and additional value additions) to make the environment winning and lean.
Good Work environment is a very broader concept it includes lot of things physical things availability, as well as which includes human resources. Sure providing good work environment will help to motivate and boost maximum level to the teams to be successful.
The team leader has a crucial role in the success of his team. Effective and with a variety of qualities, including the ability to foster good communication, the team leader is responsible for creating a climate of collaboration, set goals and priorities, to demonstrate adequate technical expertise and manage team performance .
The team leader's role is changing as the team goes through different steps. At first the team leader must provide guidance to his team and members who initially are reluctant, then get to know each other and learn more about the process and expectations. As confidence begins to grow and self-confidence builds, the team leader begins to make more mentoring, sharing and delegation of responsibilities, and the property starts to move.
Finally, the team is confident and efficient which allows the team leader to go further and to continue to be a role model to support and encourage the team, providing resources that the team needs to perform to higher levels.
Motivation, purpose and a cohesive attitude are the pillars of great team performance and growth.
