من يريد أن يبدأ عمله الخاص؟ وماذا تحتاج للبدء؟ Who wants to start his own business, and what do you need to be able to start?

I wouldnt want to have my own business honestly as i have worked in2 start-up companies and i know how tough it is to build trust among employees.

Starting from zero and hiring the right people who would be as passionate as you about your new company is very hard to find.

I would say what you would need is a great business idea,loyal,creative and self driven people/employes that you would trust and also an investor that would believe in your idea and you as a person.

You need to be determined and very much focused to get your business expand and successful.

I have more than10 year experance in design and I want to start my own  IT Company in UAE but I need investing partner. 

of course, give me money and I will start tomorrow

yes of course, having my own business is the ambition, ideas are available and plans could be set only if money is available
