The1st thing to observe if it's not specifically sent to you.

Secondly, if it's some sort of bulk email broadcast (mostly bulk emails are not sent from proper email addresses).

Thirdly, it's not of to your interest.

the spam email are usually sent to mailing lists not a single user

so the number of recipients is one tell

another is the domain from which the email is sent, is it reputable ? did you have previous communication with it ? have you visited their website earlier or subscribed ?

is the email relevant to you ?
