It is fair thing from a customers point of view to ask for more than what you have indicated in your question.Think yourself you are a customer and you intend to buy a product would you not ask for performance from a product, its life, usage and uses and whether your money is safe in buying this product.
My advice is know your product well see that you are able to answer all questions related to the product/service.Know what makes your product/service to stand out from the competitor's product demonstrate USP of your product.
Technically the customer won't ask verbally for that, you may notice that from feedback and communication, and in such situation you have2 options:
1. Either you are providing the ultimate service but the customer still not satisfied, so you may ask for more specific needs.
2.You should check and revise your service quality to find where your weakness exists !
My suggestion, when such a customer is looking for all those, the situation needs to put things on priority, in terms of requirement.
All those requirements will be depending the products/service characteristics and for sure needs to be understood by the customer, considering the brand/product "value".
