What are the main responsibilities for a project engineer (civil)?

There are many duties that the civil engineer have to perform them such as :

1- Materials surveying.

2-Daily, weekly and monthly reports preparing and sending them to a high level managers.

3- Supervising on the project to insure it meet the quality and time and cost limits.

4- Applying the safety requirements.

5 Solving a problems.
