The above mentioned notions are important to a customer; loyalty, dedication to work and or provision of excellent service.
Ideally, the goal of all businesses is to make sure that it remains a going concern and this is achieved through provision of excellent service and creating lasting relationships that enable repeat customers thus ultimately meaning loyalty.

There are other things that generally all customers appreciate over and above their requirements for example after sales service, a firm that is socially responsible, caring employees.
