What are some good e-commerce courses, degrees or certificates you would recommend?

The program includes courses on computer skills essential to e-commerce as well as a number of courses focused on the analysis, management and marketing of e-commerce.

There are many sites that provide online course on E-Commerce. There is a website callededuCBA, that provides online course on e-commerce in a bundle course. The best thing about this site is they provide online technical and non-technical support in case necessary during and after the course. They also provide online certificate on completion of the course.

. Exactly,i don't know. But you should study on sites belong to famous universities and institutes 

Cairo University in a special section for it

If someone wants to pursue undergraduate courses (4 years) in computer science or Software Engineering or in similar disciplines, he/she can opt for specialization in E- Commerce.

If someone have completed undergraduate program in computer science or related disciplines, he/she may opt for Certificate Course (3-6 months) or Post Graduate Diploma (one year) or Master’s degree in E- Commerce (1-2 year)

If someone is already in E- Commerce business, acquired considerable skill and expertise and wants to enhance his/her skill;3-6 months certificate course or even short course of5 - days duration are also available.

 A good number of Universities in Dubai and Qatar provide courses in e-commerce.  Also, a good number of training institutions in Dubai and Qatar provide E-commerce learning.  

All depends on background qualifications, acquired skills, motivation and how he/she is going utilize the new skill of E-Commerce.

Oracle..it is good to write some light softwares that is required for such services..
